India in BCN is a cultural route offered jointly by Casa Asia and CultRuta to get to know the history of Indian immigration to Barcelona and the way in which the Indian diaspora contributes to the current cultural wealth that Barcelona enjoys as such a diverse city.
Together with Deepti Golani, Barcelona native of Indian origin, economist and educator at Casa Asia, we will take a tour on foot, visiting some of the streets that have welcomed these folks, discovering different businesses and even a Sikh temple in the Old City, where many people from the subcontinent reside.
